In the terms specified by the European Community in accordance with R(EEC) nº 110/2008 it is a spirit drink of the Brandy type produced from wine spirit which has been distilled from the finest wines (holandas) then matured and aged over a long period in oak casks. In Spain it is classified as a brandy of the Specific Denomination Brandy de Jerez, belonging to the category of Solera Gran Reserva.

The extraordinary characteristics of this brandy are a direct consequence of its raw materials: a combination of soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. Excellence upon excellence. A very old brandy with a complexity which only time can bestow. Alcoholic strength: 40% abv
A perfect combination of soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. Final ageing takes place in American oak casks which have previously aged Don Guido, a famed Pedro Ximenez sherry with a certified age of 20 years as guaranteed by the Sherry Regulating Council.
Old mahogany to ebony in colour, very bright, intense on the nose with a hint of raisins, grape, plum and vanilla. Hints of antique furniture varnish characteristic of long years of ageing. Complex and majestic on the palate, at the same time both oily and velvety with an intense lingering aftertaste.
Given the quality of the product we recommend serving either neat or with ice in a balloon glass
