Sight. Vanilla color with golden tones
Smell. Sweet cacao and vanilla aromas.
Taste. Its light ABV together with a composition of suggestive aromas and flavors make it very appealing to the palate.
Consumption Preference:
Taken on the rocks. A very pleasant drink to have in your table, in evenings just as much as in nights taken as a ‘long drink’
Pairing:
Black chocolate, dried fruits or nougat.
Creamy and sweet beverage made with ‘Soleras’ from the Gran duque de Alba Gran Reserva Brandy.
ABV: 17%
Sugar content: 285 gr/l.
Elaboration:
After long investigative endeavors in Bodegas Williams & Humbert, we have managed to carefully select and mix in just the right proportion of delicate aromatic components of very high quality (Cacao and vanilla among others). Together with the solera from which world renowned Brandy Gran Duque de Alba comes from, the result is this Crema de Alba.
